Porseleinberg 2023 shows off a brighter, more lifted profile than recent vintages. Aromas of red cherry, raspberry and blueberry mingle with blackberry, violet, fennel and black pepper, plus a savoury thread of herbs and spice. The palate is focused and linear, with fine chalky tannins giving structure without weight. Layers of red and dark fruit are supported by earthy, mineral and saline notes, finishing long, precise and beautifully balanced.
