95/100 RP | Drink: 2025-2031. The 2022 Falcoeira Branco comes from the young field blend—Godello, Doña Branca, Palomino and others—they planted in this historical place, only 0.45 hectares on granite soils at 400 meters above sea level. It fermented in 225- and 500-liter barrels, where it matured for 10 months. This is a wine where you see the potential of the place, a relatively young vineyard strongly marked by the place (as I see in the red, which in 2022 excels). It has 13% alcohol and a pH of 3.4 and 5.3 grams of acidity. While the nose is still young and undeveloped, the wine has superb intensity in the palate, with effervescent minerality. 1,014 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2024.
